Recipe Ingredients
500 gm Beef
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Crushed red chili
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Mustard oil
2 tbsp Papaya paste
3 tbsp Brown onion
4 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp Tara garam masala
1/8 tsp Nut meg & mace
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Crushed red chili
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Mustard oil
2 tbsp Papaya paste
3 tbsp Brown onion
4 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp Tara garam masala
1/8 tsp Nut meg & mace
Recipe Method
Mix the brown onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed red chili, tara garam masala, papaya paste, salt, mustard oil ,yogurt and nutmeg and mace till a smooth paste is formed. Now cut the beef into strips and coat it with the marinade. Marinate for 1/2 an hour. Now thread the meat onto the skewers and grill it over burning coal or a grill pan. Serve with Chutney and parathay.
