Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Mint leaves ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies 4 – 5
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 medium piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 2
  • Carrot boiled 2

Recipe Method

  • In chopper put together ½ kg mutton mince, 1 chopped onion, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 4 – 5 green chilies, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 1 medium piece of ginger and salt to taste. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.
  • Cut potatoes and carrot into thin long fingers.
  • Spread a little mince in your hand. Put ginger and potato finger on top, cover well and make into round kabab.
  • Heat ¼ cup oil, add in prepared kabab and shallow fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with plum chutney or any other dip.
