Recipe Ingredients
- Mutton mince ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Mint leaves ¼ bunch
- Green chilies 4 – 5
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
- Ginger 1 medium piece
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
- Potatoes (boiled) 2
- Carrot boiled 2
Recipe Method
- In chopper put together ½ kg mutton mince, 1 chopped onion, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 4 – 5 green chilies, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 1 medium piece of ginger and salt to taste. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.
- Cut potatoes and carrot into thin long fingers.
- Spread a little mince in your hand. Put ginger and potato finger on top, cover well and make into round kabab.
- Heat ¼ cup oil, add in prepared kabab and shallow fry till golden brown.
- Serve with plum chutney or any other dip.
