Recipe Ingredients

300 gm Boiled potatoes
200 gm Fish meat
1 Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs
2-3 Sliced green chilies
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Crushed cumin
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp White flour
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic chives
2 tbsp Lemon juice
for frying Oil.

Recipe Method

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add 1/4 tsp crushed cumin, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and fry till they begin to sizzle. Add 200gm fish ,1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. Then add 300gm boiled potatoes, 2-3 sliced green chilies, 2 tbsp garlic chives and 1tbsp coriander leaves. Mix well and shape the mixture into medium sized patties. Dust them with white flour and coat each one with bread crumbs.
Deep fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn crisp and brown.
