Recipe Ingredients
Ingredients for paratha
2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Ghee
as required Lukewarm water
pinch Salt

100 gm Cheese
1/2 cup Peas
1 Onion
3-4 Green chilies
1 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Salt.

Recipe Method
In a bowl, mix together the plain flour, salt and ghee. Gradually add in some water and knead to a smooth dough. Cover and leave aside for one hour.
In the mean time boil the peas and chop them together with the garam masala and salt. Add in the grated cottage cheese, chopped onions and chopped green chilies,
divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out each dough with a rolling pin. Spread around 2 tbsps of the pea mixture on top of each dough and cover with another dough. Press the edges to close the dough. Brush little ghee/oil on both the sides along the edges and fry both the sides until brown patches appear. Keep flipping over both the sides and make sure that both the sides of the parantha are cooked well till golden brown.
