Recipe Ingredients
2 cup White Flour
1/4cup Milk
1/2cup Yogurt
1/2cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2cup Icing Sugar
2 Eggs
2tsp Baking Powder
2tsp Vanilla essence
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt

Recipe Method
Preheat the oven at 180C and grease the muffin tray. In a
mixing bowl mix 2 cups of white flour, 1 1/2cup icing sugar,2tsp baking
powder,1/2tsp baking soda, and 1/2tsp salt.In another mixing bowl mix together
1/2cup vegetable oil,1/4cup milk,1/2cup yogurt,2 eggs,2tsp vanilla essence.
Beat well until the mixture turns light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients of
the 1st bowl into the 2nd bowl and mix.Pour the
batter into the muffin moulds and back at 180C for 10 -12 minutes.
Allow too cool and ice with royal frosting and serve.
