Recipe Ingredients
400 gm Mutton
120 gm White lentil
1 Onion
2 Tomato
1/4 cup Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Tara garam masala
1 tbsp Ginger chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Garlic chopped
For garnish:
as required Ginger chopped.
as required Boiled eggs
as required Green chili
2 tbsp Green coriander chopped

Recipe Method
Wash and soak the lentils in water for an hour. Boil them in a saucepan, full of water, with a little turmeric.
When the lentils are half done drain the water. In a separate pan add 400g of mutton, 1 onion,1 tbsp crushed ginger, 2 tsp crushed garlic, 1tsp salt,1 tsp red chili powder,1 tbsp whole all spice and water.
When the meat tenders and the water dries add 1/4 cup oil and 2 chopped tomatoes. Fry until the oil floats on top. Add the lentils green chilies, julienne ginger, and 1/4 cup water.Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Dish out and garnish with chopped coriander,chopped ginger,garam masala powder and boiled eggs.
