Recipe Ingredients
1/2 Kg Chicken mince
8 to 10 Bread slices
4 to 5 Green chilies
1 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
1 Egg
2 to 3 Salad leaves
1 to 2 Tomatoes
for frying Oil
as required Salt

Recipe Method
In a food processor chop together the mince chicken,green chilies,black pepper,ginger garlic,eggs and salt until a smooth paste is formed.
Spread onto each slice of bread and cut into medium sized pieces.
Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.Serve the toast with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
