Recipe Ingredients
1kg Beef Mince
1 Eggs
2 Lemon
2 Bread slices
3 Green chilies chopped
1 Onion
3 Green chilies
1 cup Oil
1 bunch Fresh coriander chopped
1/2 kg Tomatoes
1tsp Crushed black pepper
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Crushed red chili
2 tbsp Dry milk
2 tbsp Gram flour
as required Salt

Recipe Method
In a food processor chop together the mince meat along with the crushed green chilies and salt.
Mix an egg in the mince meat and shape into seekh kebabs. Deep fry the kebabs on a medium high flame until they turn crisp and brown.
Heat oil in a clay pot and fry the crushed onions until the turn light pink in colour . Add in the chopped tomatoes ,red chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and finely chopped green chilies. Fry well until the oil forms a separate layer on top .Add the fried chicken pieces , cover and simmer for 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan
