Recipe Ingredients
1/2 Kg Meat
250 gm Carrot
250 gm Tomato
2 Onion
4 Green chilies
6 Curry leaves
1/2 bunch Fresh coriander
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp All spice powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger julienne
1/2 tsp Onion seeds
2 tsp Fennel seeds
2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tbsp Crushed red chili
1/2 cup Oil
250 gm Carrot
250 gm Tomato

1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp All spice powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger julienne
1/2 tsp Onion seeds
2 tsp Fennel seeds
2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tbsp Crushed red chili
1/2 cup Oil
Recipe Method
Put 2 chopped onion, 1/2 kg meat, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 glass of water in a clay pot. Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till meat is tender. Now add 250 gm chopped tomatoes, 6 curry leaves, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp onion seeds and 2 tsp fennel seeds. Fry well till oil comes on top. Add 250 gm sliced carrot and cook for 20 minutes on low flame. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, 1 tsp all spice powder and 4 green chilies. Turn the flame off. Delicious Achari Gajar Gosht is ready to serve.
