Recipe Ingredients
1 liter Milk
250 gm Sugar
1/2 kg Khoya
1 pinch Green color
2 cups Grated coconut
1/2cup Semolina
1tsp Cardamom powder
few drops Kevra water

Recipe Method
Take 1/2 cup of semolina and saute it. Take another pan and put 1 liter milk, 1 tsp cardamom, and 250 grams of sugar and mix it well. Take a cup and mix water with pinch of color and mix it and pour it into milk. Put khoya in milk and mix well and stir it continuously. Then put 2 cup coconut to mix. In the end put semolina in pan and cook it till batter become thick. Dish it out and garnish it with coconut.
