Moroccan Chicken Salad

Recipe Ingredients

200 gm Chicken boneless (boiled)
6 Dates (cut into two pieces)
10 Almond
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp All spice powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Method

Cut 200 gm boiled chicken lengthwise, mix with almonds and dates. In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp all spice powder, 1/4 tsp Black pepper and 1/2 tsp Salt. Pour this paste on top of salad. Mix well and serve.
