Recipe Ingredients

1/2 kg Flour
1tsp Salt
4 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Oil

Recipe Method

Mix flour, salt and water and knead fine dough. Keep aside for an hour. Form equal portions and apply butter on the rolled top. Roll again into shape of a paratha, grease slightly and fry. Makhan Desi Paratha are ready to serve.
