Recipe Ingredients
For balls:
250 gm Chicken mince
5 Bread slice
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Garam masala
2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Corn flour
For masala:
3 Green chili chopped
4 Tomato
1/2 cup Yogurt
¼ cup Water
2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tsp Red chili powder.
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric.
4 tbsp Oil
for garnish Green coriander & chili

Recipe Method
In a
food processor add250g minced chicken,5 bread slices,1tsp salt,1tbsp lemon
juice,1tbsp garam masala ,2tbsp red chili powder,2tbsp ginger paste,1/2tsp turmeric and 2tbsp turmeric.
Chop the ingredients.

Shape
the mince into small balls. To make the masala heat 4tbsp oil in a pan .Add 2tsp garlic paste,2tsp
ginger paste .Fry for a few seconds. When the aroma is given off add 4 chopped
tomatoes and fry for 10 seconds. Add 3 chopped green chilies,2tsp garam
masala,1tsp salt,1tbsp tomato paste,2tsp red chili powder,1/2tsp turmeric and 1/4
cup water. Cook until the tomatoes have tendered. Now blend the mixture and
pour into the same pan. Add 1/2cup yogurt and the chicken balls, cover and
simmer for 8-10 minutes. When the oil forms a separate layer on top and the
chicken is tender ladle the masala in a bowl .Garnish with green chilies and
serve.
