Chicken Tikka Pizza

Recipe Ingredients

2 Chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic paste 
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp All spice powder
pinch Yellow food colour
1 tbsp Oil
as required Salt
For pizza dough
1/2 Kg White flour
1 sachet Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Oil.
as required Salt.
For topping
1 Capsicum
1 Tomatoes
1/2 cup Black olives 
1/2 cup Mushrooms
300 gm Mozzarella cheese grated 
1 cup Pizza sauce
1/2 tsp Oregano
as required Butter

Recipe Method

Make a slit on each drumstick. Make the marinade by mixing the yogurt, black pepper, lemon juice, yellow food color, red chili powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder and all spice powder together. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and leave for marination.
Grease a  microwave proof tray and place the marinated chicken drumsticks on it.
Heat in a microwave on convection for 1 2minutes.
The chicken tikka   is ready.
To prepare the dough mix together lukewarm water with yeast and sugar. Leave aside for 15 minutes.
Add salt, baking powder, oil and the prepared yeast mixture   to the white flour. Knead till a smooth dough in formed and leave aside for  3-4 minutes.
Knead again and with the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough.
To prepare the topping grease a microwave proof tray and place the pizza dough on it. Spread the pizza sauce eon top. Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, black olives, chicken tikka pieces, mushrooms and grated mozzarella cheese eon top. Sprinkle oregano and the remaining cheese.
Bake  in a  microwave on convention  for  20—25minutes.
Take the pizza out, slice and serve.
