Recipe Ingredients

Macaroni Pizza Filling
2 cups Elbow Macaroni
1 cup Ground Beef
1 medium, chopped Onion
2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt..
½ tsp Oregano.
¼ tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp chopped Garlic
250gm shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Blend all ingredients to form a smooth paste.

Method of pizza dough
First of all put yeast, sugar, salt, dry milk and warm water in a large bowl. Stir to mix well. Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Then add oil, flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed.

On a flat surface, knead for 8 minutes. Divide dough into four balls. In four 9″ cake pans, put 60gm of oil. Make sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9″ circle.
Place in baking pans. Brush the outer edge of dough with oil. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow rising for 45min to 1 hour.
Method of pizza topping
Pre heat oven at 350 F.

Spoon 1/2 cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1″ of edge and distribute 50 to 60 gm shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on sauce.
Place toppings of your choice ——Vegetables/chicken /fish / macaroni etc .
Sprinkle again on top with 30 gm mix cheese and then cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown.
Cut the pizza into eight slices and serve hot.

Boil elbow macaroni and drain excessive water. Saute meat and onion till color changes to brown and drain off fat.

Add tomato sauce and all seasonings. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Blend into macaroni and spread on pizza. Cover with macaroni mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
You may add green chilies or olive to your choice.
