Recipe Ingredients
125 gm Carrots
250 gm Cauliflower
250 gm Fresh bean
1 tbsp Sugar
1cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Ingredients for Gravy
250 gm Tomato puree
1 Onion chopped
2 Star anise
1 Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Red chili crushed
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1tsp Cumin seeds
4 tbsp Poppy seeds ground
2 Green cardamom
1/2cup Tamarind pulp
2 tbsp Green chili paste
1/2cup Oil

Ingredients for Gravy
250 gm Tomato puree
1 Onion chopped
2 Star anise
1 Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Red chili crushed
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1tsp Cumin seeds
4 tbsp Poppy seeds ground
2 Green cardamom
1/2cup Tamarind pulp
2 tbsp Green chili paste
1/2cup Oil
Recipe Method
Boil all the vegetables with 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup water. Heat oil in pan; add 1 tsp cumin and 1 chopped onion. Saute’ , then add 250 gm tomato puree, 2 green cardamom, 4 tbsp ground poppy seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp crushed red chili, 1 cinnamon stick and 2 star anise. Also add boiled vegetables. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Lastly add 1/2 cup tamarind pulp.
