Recipe Ingredients
400 gm Beef
3 cloves Garlic
6 – 8 Green chilies
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Ginger chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
4 tbsp Oil

Recipe Method
Cut beef in stripes. In a mixing bowl mix 2tbsp of Thai fish
sauce and 1 tsp of brown sugar and marinate beef in it. In a pan heat 4 tbsp
oil and add 3 garlic, 1 tsp of ginger, 6 to 8 green chilies and fresh red chili
and stir fry it. Now add meat and cook 3 to 4 minute on high flame. Then add 1
tbsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper and cook for 1
more minute
