Dancing Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White pepper
8 Mushrooms sliced
1 Carrot cut into diagonal slices
1 Spring onion cut into diagonal slices
6 Baby corn
2 tbsp Ginger sliced
1tsp Crushed garlic
1 tbsp Wooster sauce
2 tbsp Chili sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 cup Water
1tsp Hp sauce
1tsp Salt.
1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
5 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Oil
1 tbsp Corn flour
1/4 cup Water.

Recipe Method

Marinate 1/2kg chicken strips with salt and white pepper 1/2 tsp each. Heat 1/4 cup oil and fry  1 tsp crushed garlic for 1 min. Add marinated chicken and fry  for 5 minutes then add 8 sliced mushrooms, 1 sliced carrot, 1 spring onion and 6 baby corns with 1 tbsp Wooster sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp hp sauce, 5 tbsp ketchup,  1 tsp salt and 1 1/2 tsp pepper, add 1 cup water and cook till the mixture boils.Lastly thicken the gravy with 1 tbsp corn flour paste. Serve with garlic rice
